Adult Ministry at Open Door Church in Chillicothe, Ohio

At Open Door Church our goal isn't to impress you with great music or preaching ... It's to embrace and love you right where you're at!

What To Expect on a Sunday Morning

From children's ministry to jr high, to youth and adults we have a place for everyone to fit at Open Door.

The most spiritual thing we can do is to love one another. From the time you drive onto our property until you leave it again, we hope our church exudes Christ's love for you. Our ministry is focused on making disciples and challenging you to live every area of your life to the fullest. Our services are geared for you to experience the presence of God in a way that will change affect all areas of your life.

Did you watch the tour from Pastor Mark?

Hi, I'm Pastor Mark, senior Pastor of Open Door Church. I wouldn't love anything more than to visit with you this Sunday morning. I have one simple mission, and that's to help you become closer to Christ. Read a little bit more about me below. I hope to see you this Sunday!

Hi, I'm Nicki Pfeifer! In the younger years of my life I simply didn't have the joy of the Lord on my side. Once I had a real encounter with the true God of the universe, everything changed. I want you to experience that same freedom in your own walk with Jesus, just as I have. Follow me as I follow Christ! I'd love to meet you this Sunday morning. If you'd like to know a little more about me, just click the link below! : )

I'm Amber - and if you have a question, I'm probably the lady to ask! I do my best to keep things organized, on schedule and ready to go. From making sure there is coffee every Sunday morning to answering the phones, you can bet one thing : I'm on it! You can read more about me below!

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
— Ephesians 4:11-13, NIV
