April 23, 6p-730p
I write this letter for those with the same plea in their hearts. In Syria, a civil war has destroyed the nation for the past 6 years. Its infrastructure is being torn down day by day, moment by moment as hospitals are bombed and over 250,000 people are left without healthcare. Babies lie on the ground instead of in incubators because their hospitals are gone. Children in schools are being poisoned with chlorine gas instead of learning to read. As a mother, I can’t imagine raising my children in an environment where I don’t know if they will live to see another day. While most of us can’t drop what we are doing and go into a war-zone to help, we CAN all come TOGETHER and make a difference!
On April 23rd, 2017 a fundraiser to support Doctors Without Borders in Syria is being held to support those healthcare workers braving the war to help those in need. The event will be held at The Madison on Paint, at 105 South Paint Street in Chillicothe, Ohio at 6pm. Tickets are $25 (presale only) and all proceeds go directly to Doctors Without Borders in Syria.
Along with raising awareness of what is going on, we are asking for sponsors for the tables for door prizes and offsetting the cost of food. Each business table sponsor will be $200 and will include a logo and information about the business on the table. The dinner will be a time to bring awareness to what is going on in our world, provide information about interested in helping, as well as raise money for Doctors Without Borders.
Please register below whether you're registering 1 person, a couple, a business or sponsoring an entire table.
Please consider coming to the event and / or sponsoring a table. In times of death and destruction we can be a light to those in need. Come together to let others know we care!
